What is included in the room rate?

Room rates include buffet breakfast, parking facilities, access to the private beach (umbrella and sun loungers on the beach) and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. In addition, in the case of tariffs with half board or full board are also included lunch and dinner in our restaurant.

What payments do you accept? You can pay by credit card?

We accept cash and major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. If the reservation is not guaranteed by credit card the balance will be due on the day of your arrival at the hotel.

Is safe to book with a credit card?

Your reservation is absolutely secure, as all personal data is encrypted and processed securely. The data of your credit card (number and expiration date) are required as a guarantee (except for prepaid offers that will be charged immediately): The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior dell ' arrival, requesting authorization to arrival for an amount equal to that provided in case of no-show or late cancellation. Are not considered confirmed - and thus secured - bookings received with credit card codes are incorrect, missing or invalid.

How do I know that the reservation has been confirmed?

In case of no-show, early departure and / or change / cancellation later than seven days prior to the date of arrival will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of the booked stay. This amount will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee. For other special offers refer to the cancellation policy stated in the promotion used.

The room can be occupied from 12.00 to your arrival date (check in). At the end of your stay, the room must be leaved by 10.00 am with the beach and the car park (check out). For any special requirements please contact our staff in advance who will be pleased to help.

At what time is breakfast served?

The breakfast buffet is served from 7.45 to 09.30 in the morning in the dining room. Cappuccino, pastries and fruit juice are available until 12:00 for late risers.

What are the time of the lunch and dinner?

The restaurant opens at 12.30 for lunch and 19.30 for dinner buffet with a wide selection of vegetables, à la carte menu and wine list.

Do you have suggestions for those with special dietary needs?

In case of any special dietary requirements are available gluten-free products. For any special requirements please contact our staff in advance who will be pleased to help.

What happens if we do not come for lunch or dinner?

Any lunches or dinners not taken are not refundable.

Can I connect to  Internet network?

Throughout the building and all the rooms you can connect to the free Wi-fi throughout the hotel for the duration of your stay. Ask at reception for the password to enter and you can navigate with no time limit and for free.
