Monday, March 25 next comes in Caorle, the oldest fishing village in the province of Venice, "Blue Table" project Marevivo, an association committed to the defense of the sea, developed for catering establishments in Italy with the aim of raise awareness of the marine realm and teach future masters of the kitchen to use its resources in a sustainable way.

At the Institute Tourist Hotel "John XXIII" Caorle, in the Passarin 15 (a topography that is almost a premonition), the project will be presented to students in the food and wine involved.

Occasion will address the issues of environmental sustainability, exploitation of marine resources, the seasonality of the fish and the convenience of approvvigionarsene zero-mile and mile zero.
