1. Reservation requests must be received in writing (by e-mail or fax).
2. Must be guaranteed with a credit card or with the advance of a deposit.
3. They must accept the terms and conditions of cancellation.

Terms and conditions of cancellation

1. Any cancellations must be received in writing (via e-mail or fax).
2. Reservations canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival are free of charge and provide a full refund of deposit.
3. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained and will be agreed upon the validity for a stay of equal duration to the failure in the current season.
4. Any reduction in the length of stay will be considered canceled.
5. In case of no-show, early departure or late arrival will be charged the cost of rooms booked.
